The Workout

  • 3 or 5 day programs

The 5 day program runs Monday through Friday. With the 3 day program you pick which days you want to participate.

Once you have successfully completed a month program you will be entitled to the same program at a reduced fee. We call it Reboot.

You can be sure that your payment is secure as we use PayPal for payment processing and we do not record or store your payment or personal information. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card using PayPal.

Five Day Program

The 5-day a week program runs for 4 weeks, for one and a half hours each day, Monday through Friday. The program is offered at two convenient times. The workouts increase in intensity throughout the course of the month. The Fit boot camp Training combines strength workouts, cardiovascular, obstacle courses, and much, much more! With your best effort we will challenge you to become better as you progress in the program. Once you have successfully completed a month program you will be entitled to the same program at a reduced fee of $198.00 +gst. Three Day Program

The 3-day a week program runs for 4 weeks, for one and a half hours each day. You join the team on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, and gain the same benefits as the 5 day a week participants but with less of a time commitment. Once you have successfully completed a month program you will be entitled to the same program at a reduced fee of $150.00 + gst. This rate is upheld indefently.
